Morels are spring mushrooms with an hollow foot and the hat.

Morels are excellent edible mushrooms, provided, however, to be sufficiently cooked. They are indeed toxic in the raw state, containing hemolysin.

High culinary quality, Morels have a consistency that is flexible, strong, hardly elastic with a very special fragrance that will be even more highlight in all cream-based preparations.
